Lead Carpenter
- Will have minimum 7 years experience as a carpenter.
- Will be able to lead and execute all carpentry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Will act as hands-on manager at projects, responsible for troubleshooting problems and maintaining a safe and orderly job site.
- Must be meticulous, committed to craft, with good communication skills.
- Must be professional both in appearance and in interaction with clients.
- Must be able to lead a crew with varying levels of experience.
- Will have own vehicle and full complement of hand tools.
- Must have solid references.
Production Carpenter
- 5 years experience in rough and finish carpentry.
- Will perform carpentry tasks as assigned by lead carpenter including organizing and maintaining tools and assisting in daily set-up and knockdown of work area.
- Should have basic knowledge of roofing, drywall, flooring, ductwork, tile, hardware, adhesives and insulation.
- Will have own vehicle and hand tools.
- 5 years experience in cabinetry and millwork.
- Requires ability to take projects from field measurement to finished product.
- Must have solid references.
